Joscha has spent the last 15+ years in the automotive and financial industry in various roles and countries. His professional career began with Porsche in Stuttgart and lead to the UK, US and Switzerland. His last position with Porsche being Director of Sales for Switzerland. In 2016, Joscha founded the asset manager that was to become Pactum.
Nadja is an accomplished Executive Assistant with over 10 years of experience handling a wide range of functions for upper and lower level Executives / Senior Management Teams in a variety of industries including banking.
Mark has been a business lawyer in Zurich since 1996 with a specialised focus on financial markets, investment funds, real estate and capital markets. In 2004 he became a recognized representative of issuers at SIX Swiss Exchange and has been partner of a law firm (head of the banking department), served as executive board member of the Swiss Bankers Association SBA and a member of the expert committees of business associations such as economiesuisse and SFAMA.
Tarek combines a successful career in investment banking with extensive experience in setting up new companies and scaling them into profitable businesses. After his Business studies at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland he started his career as an Investment Banker in London and worked for global investment banks like Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, and UBS. He then became a CFO/COO and founding partner of Arabesque Asset Management, an ESG Quant Fund. Prior to his position as CFO/COO of Pactum AG, he worked at Deon Digital AG, a blockchain development company, as CFO and member of the Executive Committee.

Christoph is a marketing and communication expert with over 15 years of experience. His career began at the first online bank in Switzerland. Today, his passion for communication puts associations, companies, and events on the map of the target group. The focus areas at Pactum include strategy, brand management, dialogue marketing and events.

Rick started his career in the early 90’s trading Government bonds at Salomon Brothers straight from Oxford University. After having spent time heading trading desks throughout the ‘90s in London and a stint running one of the largest UK Gilt trading funds in the World, he then moved to Switzerland and launched his own hedge fund. Eight successful years later with the fund having peaked with over $15bn of fixed-income exposure he switched his focus to the asset-backed space where he was instrumental in the design of the first receivables securitisation under the new ESA regulation. Bringing nearly 30 years of funding and money-markets expertise to the team, Rick heads up product design and investment management at Pactum.
Mike is a CFA charter holder with more than 15 years’ experience in asset management. His career began in London where he worked for GAM as Research Manager for their hedge funds and alternatives business. Mike has worked in Switzerland for the last 12 years covering hedge fund, private equity, private debt, and project finance strategies.
Derek has wealth of experience and expertise understanding financial instruments, operational procedures, as well as risk and compliance in portfolio management. His ability to adapt to a constantly evolving and ever-changing regulatory and operational environment significantly supports Pactum in structuring and managing its asset management operations.
Margaret is a motivated and energetic legal professional with over 15 years of experience instructured legal transaction management and documentation. She provides a wealth of knowledge in structural products and debt markets.
Previously, she worked with multinational investment banks and financial services companies. She is skilled in transaction management, negotiations, and drafting, editing, interpreting andadvising on various legal agreements.
She enjoys new challenges, interacting with others and expanding industry knowledge.

Since 2000, she has been running her own company, T.V.T swissconsult gmbh, which advises companies of all sizes and industries in the areas of innovation, product and service development as well as implementation in design. In addition, she teaches innovation management as a lecturer at the HSLU and the ZHAW in CAS and MAS courses. In January 2012 Mandl was awarded the title of “Business Newcomer of the Year” by the Swiss magazine “Women in Business”. She is also an award winner and member of the GenerationCEO network of female managers.
