At Pactum, we believe in a balanced scorecard approach when it comes to our performance. The most important performance indicator is our clients’ satisfaction. We would not be an asset manager if we would not love numbers. Hence, a handful of purely quantitative numbers define our performance. One of them is the value of receivables financed. EUR 4.9 bn of receivables checked, financed and handled in 2020, brings us close to the important milestone of five billion.
